Gwen Hendry
I take ProActive for Life, ProActive in Paradise, ProActive Punch and ProActive Kids. ProActive for Life started three years ago and was ProActive’s first ever team training programme combining both fitness and nutrition advice. I still train clients now who began their fitness journey in the first group, it’s great!
ProActive in Paradise allows the roof to come right off the gym! Making the most of what beautiful Wanaka has to offer, I help participants get results whilst enjoying the outdoors at the same time.
Being a kick ass chick, ProActive Punch is the ideal programme for me to share boxing and kickboxing skills with others. Watch out, I can hand out a punch as well as I can take one, try me!
I also started ProActive Kids aimed at children 10-18 years. Kids from all fitness backgrounds get stuck into the gym environment and experience a variety of different activities from boxing to swiss balls. I aim to create healthy fitness habits which will last a lifetime.

A mother of three, I am very passionate about mothers keeping strong, eating well, and feeling good about themselves through pregnancy and motherhood. I also have a strong background in nutrition and weight loss, and I enjoy watching clients gain great results in ProActive for Life.

I take ProActive in Paradise, and my passion for the outdoors provides me with a great background for the program. I also take ProActive for Life using my knowledge and experience as a personal trainer combined with my enthusiasm for healthy nutrition. I love to help people step out of their comfort zone and try different things. It is so rewarding to see people conquer their fears and achieve their goals.
