Because ProActive punch is a team training programme, we require 100% commitment. You’ll become part of a tight team with each person supporting the others to work harder, go further, be fitter, faster and stronger.

ProActive punch instructors are highly trained and will coach you to new levels of boxing/kickboxing skills and fitness.

ProActive punch workouts are held in a fully equipped boxing/kickboxing studio including a boxing ring, right here at ProActive Health and Fitness.
