ProActive Pregnancy is a pre and post-natal exercise programme developed in conjunction with local midwives.

During ProActive Pregnancy mums will learn how to exercise, eat and stay healthy, all under the care and expertise of a qualified ProActive Pregnancy Trainer.

After baby arrives the support continues as the ProActive Pregnancy team encourage you to throw on your t-shirts and trainers and participate in our mums and bubs classes to help you get back into your pre-baby body fast!
