I’m worried that BODYJAM® might be too complicated for me. Will I be able to keep up?
Yes, you’ll need to relax and just go with the music and the moves. Feel free to talk to your instructor at the end of the class regarding any moves you may be finding difficult to master. Maybe you can get some one-on-one BodyJam tuition!
Will I still get a good workout doing BODYJAM®?
Absolutely. The routines are devised to give you a great workout and a great time. With a mix of athletic and funky movements you’ll definitely know that you’ve been busy!
What should I wear?
Great question. BODYJAM® is a class for freedom and self-expression so feel free to go nuts with loose and comfy workout gear that makes you feel good. Aerobics or cross training shoes will help.
